Dr. Marie Haddox

has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. She completed her undergraduate study in Clinical Psychology at Arizona State University in 1990. By 2002, she received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from United States International University in San Diego, CA. Dr. Haddox worked for five years at Banner Desert Medical Center as a Crisis/Intake therapist in the Behavioral Health and Emergency Departments with patients with severe mood disorders and substance abuse issues.

Dr. Haddox’s private practice focuses primarily on relationship counseling with individuals, couples, and families. She is a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and a member of WPATH and USPATH. Her treatment approach is holistic, and every treatment plan is developed based on each client’s particular needs and goals. Through a safe, therapeutic relationship, clients are assisted in confronting the obstacles and difficulties which have kept their lives from reaching full potential.
